A VOC free electroneutral polymeric dispersing agent with selective oliophilic group to enhance compatibility with solventborne systems.  The multiple anchoring groups provides strong absorption onto a wide range of pigments and extenders.  Recommended for solvent-borne, solventfree, aqueous paints, inks and colorants. Auxiliary dispersing agent for developing low VOC WB Universal Colorants.
