An APEO-free polymeric wetting and dispersing agent for organic pigments.  Multi-functional anchoring moieties in the polymer enables strong adsorption on low polarity surfaces.  An auxiliary dispersing agent for developing WB universal colorants.  Recommended for waterborne industrial paints and highly loaded resin-free or resin minimal pigment concentrates.
